By engaging in any of the services offered by Divine Healing With Terri LLC ("Terri Beltran"), referred to here as "Service Provider" you(referred to here as "Client") acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
The Client is aware that the relationship with the Service Provider does not represent psychological counseling or any kind of therapy. Services are not intended to be used for Medical, Legal, or Financial decisions. The Client is also aware that results can vary and are not guaranteed. The Client agrees that they are engaging with the service and the Service Provider with the understanding that the Client is responsible for their own decisions and results. The Client also agrees to hold the Service Provider free from all liability for any actions or results for adverse situations created as a direct or indirect result of advice given by the Service Provider. Services are meant for self-healing. The Service Provider reserves the right to change services offered at any time in the future.
The service and the use of this website are for entertainment purposes only and are intended exclusively for adults 18 years of age or older.
Refund Policy
The Client and Service Provider will meet at the scheduled day and time in person or via zoom. Whichever is chosen at the time of booking the appointment. If the client fails to make the appointment time, the client is still responsible for the full session fee, unless 24 hrs. was given to reschedule the appointment. The Service Provider will make every effort to reschedule with the Client. By proceeding with a reading, you acknowledge and accept the disclaimer and agree that the service is provided without any guarantee, liability, or warranty. The Service Provider reserves the right to end any reading if it is determined to be in the best interest of either party. The Service Provider reserves the right to end any session immediately if a client’s behavior is disrespectful, disruptive, or prevents the session from proceeding productively. In such cases, refunds will not be given.
